33^rd Anniversary Season The New Edinburgh Players

Adapted by David Ives, from the farce by Pierre Corneille

Dorante is charming, handsome… and a pathological liar. When he arrives in Paris, Dorante’s outlandish tales amaze and convince all who hear them, but for each problem his clever lying solves, it creates two new ones. Will he manage to keep his stories straight and somehow still get the girl? Fencing foils, Musketeer hats, stunning costumes and ringlets, this joyful French farce sparkles with witty dialogue and hilarious twists and turns in situations of glorious absurdity… who, in search of an evening’s entertainment, could ask for more?

For the showing on Thursday, April 26th, the New Edinburgh Players will generously donate the proceeds to Citizen Advocacy

Information Evening

All those interested in participating in the event are invited to attend an information evening on Wednesday February 22nd, 2012 from 5:30 – 6:30 pm at the CA office located at 312 Parkdale Ave. 2012 pledge forms will be distributed and assistance will be available to those who require support in order to register. If you would like to register on February 22^nd, 2012 please bring your registration fee.

Attending the information night is a great way to meet others who will be walking, running and collecting pledges as well as an excellent opportunity to ask the experts questions about running and fundraising.
