A process that gets people with developmental disabilities actively involved in planning their future.
How Does it Work?
A trained Independent Facilitator provides support in exploring a positive, possible vision for a person’s future.
The Facilitator works with the person and their family/trustee and support circle for a number of months to identify the actions needed to move closer to that vision.

What is the Cost ?
Independent Facilitation and Planning is a fee-for-service program;
The Cost of hiring an Independent Facilitator is $50.00 per hour. The number of hours it takes to develop a life plan is unique to each individual. Experience shows that it takes between 25-50 hours of facilitation time to develop a life plan.
A 25% deposit is required to begin the process and then a payment schedule will be established.
Arrangements can be made to pay the fee in instalments.
